The unit includes off-street driveway parking (landlord handles snow removal), and is minutes from I89 and I93, a block from Main Street, and mile from UNH School of Law. Refrigerator and stove/range provided in-unit, as well as a washer and dryer shared with the upstairs tenant. The bathroom has just been completely remodeled, and the stove/range is also new. Square footage does not include shared spaces, including the laundry room and a shared entryway. Landlord is open to 9-month lease. Small pets are permitted, provided they are not a breed disallowed by our insurance. There is a pet fee of $100/month for each dog or cat. Our leases are 12 months in duration.
