Small single family home. Yard & driveway are shared with tenant next door. Tenant pays utilities: heat(electric) and snow removal, trash. Laundry hook-ups in 1/2 bath/ utility room. No basement, small shed for outside storage. Although this is a 2 bedroom home, you have to get to one bedroom by going thru the other bedroom. So there is no "privacy" between the two rooms. It would work if the occupents were to use the second room as an office or a small childs room. Landlord provides lawn care.
