Since purchasing the home we have been updating every year. The listed sq ft. is above a finished 1/2 basement not included in the total. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very quiet, all the neighbors are very nice and friendly. There is also a covenant that home building can not take place on lots smaller than 3-4 acres. There is no threat of high density housing in this immediate area.
