Furnished log cabin with gas fireplace in beautiful Grandview Peaks gated community. Community has all paved roads, private community lake and hiking trail. Near Marion and Morganton area. About 50 minutes east of Ashville. No smoking. No pets. 6 month lease with option to extend. Water, alarm, landline with US long distance ONLY, internet, and fireplace gas is covered by owner. HOA fees are also paid by Owner..... Renter is responsible for : electricity/ DISH service (optional) , and lawn maintenance. Parking on premise in gravel driveway ( fits 3 cars). No parking on concrete basketball area which is beyond the gravel driveway. NO pets, NO Smoking inside or outside premises. No mobile homes/campers permitted. No ATVs or motorized dirt bikes permitted to be ridden in community. Golf cars are permitted. No motorized boats on lake ( kayaks/canoes can be used on lake) . Other HOA rules will apply. There is NO garbage pick up. We do have a 55 gallon garbage can in basement you will have access to where you can temporarily store daily garbage for a couple of days, but you will need to take garbage to nearby facility which is just a few minutes from our community. Location and days/hours of operation will be provided. We can provide contact for lawn service we use or you can use your own. We can provide contact for reliable cleaning service if you'd want one. ( Both contacts are very familiar with our home/property).
