It's also less than 15 minutes by car to UAlbany as well as the Crossgates and Colonie malls. There is no smoking in the unit. Utilities, water and electric, are included up to $150 a month. Any amount in excess of $150 will be billed to the tenant. There is street parking. All tenants are eligible for a parking permit from the city of Albany with a lease.
