The bedrooms all have trendy, fabric headboards and new mattresses. There is one front door into the house, so upper and lower tenants will both be able to use that for daily coming and going. This front door to Seabreeze 1 opens into a 1st floor communal hall. Off this hall to the right is the interior "front door" to the upper layer. The front approach for layer one is straight ahead and to the left. If you are looking for comfortable amenities in the heart of Stonington village then look no further than Seabreeze on the Harbor 1 located on Seabreeze Avenue. There will be a lease agreement to sign and an application process for all interested guests of Seabreeze on the Harbor 1. Homeowners may consider pets on a case to case basis. Homeowner is including the utilities in the rent but will have an escalation clause for consumption totals (gallons used) if higher than 5% of the previous years totals.
