The bedrooms all have trendy, fabric headboards and new mattresses. There is one front door into the house, so upper and lower tenants will both be able to use that for daily coming and going. This front door to Seabreeze 1 opens into a 1st floor communal hall. Off this hall to the right is the interior "front door" to the upper layer. The front approach for layer one is straight ahead and to the left.
