Snow removal of driveway and sidewalk to front door will be tenants responsibility. Lawn care in summer is contracted out. Just 25 minutes to downtown Ogden or 45 to Salt Lake City. Within 20 minutes you can be skiing on the "greatest snow on earth" at Snowbasin Ski Resort, the home of the 2002 Winter Olympics.
