About the Area: Downtown Staunton is a great place to visit or stay short term, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library, Blackfriars Shakespeare Playhouse, and two five-star restaurants are within a two block radius. About the Space: Space consists of two rooms, and one full bath. This is a two story space with a spiral staircase connecting the upstairs and downstairs rooms. There is also an outside staircase that allows access to both rooms, but is located in a public area. The downstairs room has a small kitchenette with a sink, one burner, a microwave, toaster oven, and a dorm sized refrigerator. It also has a small sitting area, and a TV with internet access. Upstairs is the bedroom, and full bath. Wifi is available, and access to a laundry is available. Availability: Space is available to no more then TWO guests, on nightly basis with a two night minimum, or weekly or, monthly basis. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES or large gatherings of any kind are allowed. Staunton has a 10:00PM noise ordinance, which we expect our guests to comply to. Price varies depending on length of stay.
