The lease runs out 8/31 & the unit will be available after 6/16 - before the beginning of July. A security deposit of $1,300 will be due. Carson Street Commons is located just beyond, but still, within walking distance of the bustling bars of South Side, South Side Works, & the Three Rivers Heritage Trail. Amenities include: off-street parking (up to 2 parking passes available for this unit), fitness center, on-site 24/7 maintenance, package service, a night guard who walks around the property each night, each unit is equipped with a security system that can be turned on for a monthly charge of (I believe) $15, & an optional garage for storage or parking for $150 a month - my unit does not have an attached garage. Unit amenities include: an open concept layout with hardwood flooring in living room/kitchen, a tiled/spacious bathroom, a carpeted bedroom, & 9-foot ceilings. This unit is located in a safe & quiet area. You can contact me for any other questions about the unit, however, I will not be able to answer further questions about the sub-leasing process. That will need to be taken up with the leasing office. Only utilities that are included are trash removal & the lot parking. Tenant is responsible for paying water / sewer, gas, electric, & cable / internet.
