I. Term. Tenancy of this Sublease shall begin with the sublessee taking possession on December 28 2022 and end on May 31 2023. Under no circumstances shall there be holdover by the Sublessee. Security deposit - 1 and 1/2 month security deposit: which is the total of 3600$ (will be returned up at the end of the lease based on the landlord assessment of actual condition of the house. Monthly Rent: 2400$ to be paid at the beginning of every month for the months of stay from January 2023 to May 31st 2023 So total Initial money needed to move into the house by Syblessee is Security deposit of $3600 (three thousand six hundred dollars) + Rent for the month of January 2023 of $2400 (two thousand four hundred dollars) to be paid to Sublessor by 28th of December which is the date of occupation. Once the Sublease ends as on 31st of May, if Sublessee would like to continue the stay he can work with the Landlord if want to sign the new agreement for another year. Currently Sublessor is paying the monthly rent of 2650$ to the Landlord on Monthly basis.
