Location:- This house is a walking distance from Hemenway Elementary school, the McAuliffe library and the new shopping plaza. 10 minutes or less driving to Wholefoods on Rt20, Sudbury Farms or Shaw's. Oakvale park is abutting the backyard. The neighborhood is very family oriented, great neighbors and overall serene and quiet. About the Updates:- We have completely renovated this house. New shaker style kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, food disposal, ice maker and cold water enabled fridge and a new kitchen flooring. The house has a central AC and an oil heated forced air for the winter. The water heater is also oil heated. All the rooms, closets, ceilings are freshly painted. . About the lease:- (please read carefully) The monthly rent is $3,500. First and last month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing.
