The cabin is fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans, towels, and basic toiletries. Outdoor firepit just off the 18x18ft deck. Various watercraft are available for use during the rental, along with fishing poles and hammock. This lease is for 28 days from 01 May 2023 through 28 May 2023. Flexibility with dates is possible and will be based on the monthly rate broken down daily at $172 per day. No smoking. All utilities included. Two parking spots are available. Any size dog, leashed at all times, no excessive barking allowed. Dog tie out on site from the back deck. An exchange of clean sheets and towels is available through the property managers once per week for a $100 fee for the lease length if needed or the laundry mat is a 7-minute drive. 50% of rent ($2400) is due at lease signing plus $1000 security deposit for total of $3400 due by tenant upon signing lease. Last 50% of lease ($2400) is due upon arrival at property totalling $5800 from tenant for stay, including security deposit. 30 day notice of cancellation is 90% refundable total of $3060 back to tenant. 10% administration fees will be kept by the owner. 14 day cancellation is 50% refundable at $1700 back to tenant. Shorter than 14 day cancellation notice will be 0% refundable back to tenant unless otherwise dictated by owner. Tenant Responsibilities: Trash removal by the tenant. The tenant has the use of a small indoor can and a large outdoor can. The outdoor can must be emptied into the dumpster once weekly on Tuesdays. The outdoor can must remain sealed at all times due to wildlife. Daily dog feces clean up. Put back watercraft, firepit tools, etc after use. Property managers are on-site if issues arise.
