THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The Graham L train area is booming. The night life has picked up quite a bit as well, with numerous bars opening their doors. The property stands on a quiet tree-lined street, close to the Graham L train, but far enough away that none of the foot traffic or noise is nearby.
