We have loved living here for the last 1.5 years, but unfortunately must relocate for a new job. The sublet starts as early as February 1st and goes until August 31st, with the option to renew. The rent is $2,900 per month, and there's no broker's fee. Upfront costs are first month's rent plus a security deposit (equal to one month's rent). Things we love about this apartment: Harding is a quiet side street right off Cambridge St -Close to Inman Square, Kendall Square, Lechmere Station, and tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Star Market is right around the corner! There are two other units above us. Our neighbors are great quiet, respectful, and clean. Ideal for anyone studying or working at MIT, Harvard, or anywhere in the Kendall area. Close access to a Bluebike station, bus stops, Lechmere Station, etc. The apartment gets plenty of natural sunlight, and the spacious kitchen is great if you enjoy cooking. Our unit is on the ground floor, which makes moving in much easier. Coin-op laundry is in the basement, so no hauling clothes up and down stairs. The basement can also be used for additional storage. Street parking is hassle-free, and there are great parks in the neighborhood. You will be responsible for cable/internet, electricity, and gas, but everything else is covered in your rent.
