Nothing left out on the lawn or the decks . I am also looking for a renter that is respectful of the inside cleanliness and care given to the property . Lease term is 6 months , from November 1 to April 30th . Could move in earlier depending on my situation . Owner pays for water , internet ( excluding cable ) , snow removal and lawn maintenance . Renter pays for gas , electric , and cable tv . No smoking or guest's smoking in the unit ever . There are 2 parking spots in front of the unit .
