We recently moved out of our 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in Spinnaker Point and are looking for tenants who will enjoy this space as much as we did and treat it with care and thoughtfulness in exchange for an owner who will treat tenants with courtesy and respect. Some details: - New Roof and solar system - Electric car charging (just bring your own charging cable and plug in to the car charging port) - New flooring and baseboards installed less than a year ago. - Brand new LARGE Refrigerator with A LOT of space and craft ice cube maker. - Walk in closet in primary bedroom and a private bathroom with large shower and bath tub. - Two car garage with storage/shelving already built in. Two additional dedicated spots on the driveway. - Large "L" shape backyard and side yard provide versatility in the use of the space. I had a container garden there, but could be great for sun bathing, BBQing, etc. - Landscaped and maintained front yard (owner pays for maintenance) with a mature Meyer Lemon tree that produces each season. Tenant pays: Water, Garbage, Internet Owner pays: Yard maintenance, HOA fees, PG&E. * Electric bill - We have detailed energy usage data from the previous few years. And since putting on solar, even with an electric car at home and an electric car weekly visitor, we have not had to pay anything additional out of pocket for electricity as we specifically installed a system a bit larger than needed just in case. We will communicate the energy usage with the tenant every quarter to make sure we aren't seeing anything out of the ordinary in terms of usage and as long as the electrical usage doesn't exceed the system's production/our history of peak usage, the fees to PG&E will be paid by us.
