One bedroom three quarters bath condo in the Whittier neighborhood with two parking spaces. CVS is covieniently located on the first floor. I have a second parking spot which the Zillow estimate does not factor in, the value of the parking spot alone is $20,000-$25,000. There are maybe 5-10 extra spots in the whole building and they are all sold and I own one. When I bought the spot the going rate for parking spaces in Minneapolis was $20,000.
