Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans all surfaces and linens after each occupancy. We have filtered vacuums to ensure all surfaces are free of dust and dirt! The Beach Houses are nestled just North of famous Delray Beach in a very unique old Florida style beach front neighborhood. The actual house is approx 200' to the sand. There is a direct path that leads you to the ocean. If you want a quiet & private beautiful beach to stay at while you relax, a couple of miles North of busy Atlantic Ave, then this is the place. It is private when you need it to be, but when you feel like being with the crowds, you are only three miles north on A1A. This beach front neighborhood is very unique, there is a surf shop and the best deli/grocery store in South Florida just down the street, Seaside Deli & Convenience. The beach is open to the neighborhood with no public parking so it is not overcrowded, but very private. World famous Atlantic Avenue is only a few short miles South on A1A, where there are plenty of shops,clubs, restaurants and crowded beaches. For what you get this is the best deal. This house is on the East side of A1A. If you want to have your own yard, private beach, hot tub, grill, and most of importantly PRIVACY, this is what you have been looking for. Dont be fooled by the description "BEACH HOUSE" because of the decor. The Beach House is literally steps to the beach, no roads in between. There is a private hot tub in the back yard that is enclosed by a fence for privacy. Have fun in the sun all day at the beach, and relax in the hot tub at night.
