FUNDING [CONSIDERATION] 5. *****REAL ESTATE LAWYER***** 6. REALTOR IS OPTIONAL... 7. MOST IMPORTANT...SAVE MONEY, CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MAN!! REAL-ESTATE LAWYER CAN FILL OUT THE CONTRACT.... PROBABLE BETTER THEN THESE REALTORS My experience with realtors has been HORRIBLE! leaving windows and doors open & unlocked. Blatant lies about what they will do. Leaving appliances & light turned on for months in an empty home. Running up electric bill over $100 a month because of their carelessness! And they expect you to trust them with you most valuable asset? They want to low ball the price to get people interested, When they don't get you the market value price they want you to accept the low offer so they can get their commission.
