The kitchen and living room are open concept with a large island, electric fireplace, oversized windows and a very large TV! Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bath ensuite. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a full size on bottom and twin size on top, and a separate full size bed. Bedrooms #1-3 have TVs! Important: Bedroom #4 is in the loft and has a ladder to get up to the room. This loft bedroom is NOT a kid friendly space. October 15 2024- May 15 2025. Tenant pays electricity. Owner pays all other utilities. Fully furnished.
