Very recently renovated large apartment in historic house encompassing the entire first floor. Three large rooms and two medium sized rooms plus kitchen, 2 bathrooms and front porch. Four blocks from Marion Square, five blocks from MUSC and one block from College of Charleston. Ten foot ceilings. Water, cable, internet and offstreet parking included. Here is my guide to them. Photo 1 is the house. The first floor is unit A which is for rent. Photos 2 and 3 are of the entry area which is large. Photos 5-7 are of Room 1 which which will probably be used as a bedroom. In photo 8 I'm standing in room 1 with sliding door between rooms 1 and 2 open and room 2 in the background. Room 2 could be an office or living room. In both photo 9 and 10, I'm in room 2 with the sliding door open; room 1 is in the background. Photo 11 is of room 2 with sliding door closed. Photo 12 is of room 2 with the area behind the open doors being the entryway. Photo 13 and 14 show room 3. Photos 15 and 16 are of the second bedroom.
