This home is located on a dead end street. It is also very close to the Rutland Hospital and Rutland High School. There have been some questions come up so let me make this update to address the most common ones. Taxes: $6,500.00 annually before homestead rebate. Heating: Pellet stoves and oil furnace (new furnace installed 2017) We spend approx $1,200.00 annually (keeping our home around 70). Hot water is electric (we own tank) sewer water bill is approximately $450.00 annually (keeping in mind we are a family of 2). Roof: new shingles were put on 2015 along with new siding. Electric: is solar and GMP. The solar is a 20 year lease and is locked in at $101.00 a month. New owner can take that lease over or we (the seller) can have them removed. The kitchen was remodeled 10 years ago. The bathrooms have had some updates but most recently we had bathfitters come in and replace the bathtub shower (the bathroom off the master bedroom). The pool: It's now open. We had the liner replaced approximately 10 years ago, and it is in good condition. All windows in home were replaced 2018 with exception of slider that goes out to the back porch and the two windows that are in the garage. We have been asked about the basement (family room) - it's dry (no water/no mold) . We are now actively showing the house following the COVID 19 rules (no more than two people at a time with masks and gloves).
