The master bedroom also features a desk area. The open concept living room includes board games and a 'take a book & leave a book' bookshelf. There are three outdoor living areas: a back patio with seating and a BBQ grill, a private dock with seating on Lake Rayburn, and a fire pit in the front yard. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
