The apartment is large, well-appointed, clean, and has high-end finishes. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, there is an in-unit washer and dryer, central HVAC, large rooms, and lots of lovely natural light. Two full bathrooms: one with a large shower, the other with a bathtub with shower. Westfall Village is a wonderful place to live: there is a fantastic landlord, who takes excellent care of the place but also leaves tenants alone. If you need something from him, he responds immediately and takes care of the issue. The grounds are beautiful, snow is plowed quickly, and the neighborhood is quiet and filled with friendly neighbors. It's also very convenient to have the restaurant (Westfall Village Bistro) nearby for take-out. In the warmer months, it's so nice to sit outside on your private balcony or down below in the grass. Hannaford supermarket is only 1.3 miles away. Easy drive to Troy or Albany or to get on the Thruway. Tenant pays for electricity ($35-45/month depending on usage (more in the summer because of a/c)) and LP (as little as $15/month in the summer and around $60/month in the winter). Internet and TV are subsidized; Spectrum wifi and full cable for only $13.42/month! Pets allowed.
