The cottage is situated on a nice quiet dirt road with a couple beaches within a 10 minute walk. It's also a 10 min drive to downtown Chatham. There is a spacious porch area which is great for reading, relaxing, or hosting. The living room is cozy with a couch, smart TV, and kitchen table, as well as a fireplace for heating. There are 2 heating sources, the gas fireplace (controlled by thermostat), as well as a hallway unit. The kitchen is stocked with amenities for cooking at home, and there is good WiFi. There is a small loft accessible by ladder which is good for extra storage. No smoking or pets, tenant pays for utilities (gas, electric, trash).
