The fully furnished home is located on a peaceful street two blocks from the ocean cliffs. The yard is filled with flowering plants and fruit trees. The neighborhood is very walking and biking friendly with views of the ocean, and located on a bus line. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, large closet, private bathroom, and lanai with rocking chairs overlooking the backyard. The main floor has a bedroom with a king bed, couch, walk in closet, bathroom, and access to the main lanai. The third bedroom has a queen bed and closet. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, hall bath, large lanai with table and chairs and daybed, pantry, and a two car garage. We also have sports equipment available for use. Renter will pay monthly electric bill. The home is green and runs on solar, but is connected to the grid as a back up. Renter will follow monthly water treatment schedule. Rent will be paid by the first of each month. If rent is more than 5 days late, a $50 fee will be issued. Minimum lease period is 6 months.
