We supply everything you need to get started with your lease including toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. We also provide all cutlery/crockery needed for cooking and eating. We are within walking distance of the entirety of central Hampton Beach, including shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property comes full furnished and has a two parking spots. Under no circumstances do we allow pets of any kind or smoking/vaping of any kind. Please, no smokers! This condo is part of a large complex and we ask tenants to observe quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am. We are happy to provide flexibility in length of lease, but lease would need to end by 5/15. Ideal candidate is a traveling professional working in the area and looking for a quiet, clean space to work.
