I do not own this house now. However I did own it between 1977 and Sept of 1982. The house was built in 1903, not 1910. The roof is made of slate. It has gas heat. The stain glass panel in the vestibule door I created. It is called "Lyre Birds" and they are supposed to bring good luck. The stone retaining wall is one of my contributions to the property. In 1977 there were no shrubs, no grass or ivy. The front yard was dirt and when it rained there was thick brown mud all over the sidewalk. So we built the stone wall. The landscaping is also my creation. There is a multi-color stained glass light that hangs from the roof of the front porch. I bought it and had it installed. The storm windows are also something I added since the home did not have any. We also insulated the attic.
