There is a BBQ with a side burner on the lani and all the utensils and flatware to prepare meals are included. Fully furnished and ready to go. There is wireless high-speed internet. Free laundry and the property is gated, and very private. Provided are two sets of linens and towels. The Roundhouse shares 2.5 acres with the "main house" and a 3-car garage-sized workshop. The main house is occupied by the owner and the workshop is occupied by the caretaker of the property. The Roundhouse has 2 dedicated parking spaces and has a very chill and quiet vibe that can only be fully appreciated in person. You can hear the ocean from here, and enjoy the bounty from the dozen mature fruit trees on the property.
