The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, plush soft carpeting, a dresser and hanging unit for clothes. Two French doors open to a private lanai and a gated backyard. Bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet. Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit. Plenty of storage is provided in the spacious wide hallway with wood shelving. Studio: The studio kitchen has plenty of counter space and wire storage beneath with new kitchenware. Enjoy cooking with a brand new stove and refrigerator. Two sets of French doors facing the beautifully landscaped front yard lights up the room and offers a great breezeway. This large studio is big enough for a bedroom as well, so currently it includes a queen size bed and dresser. Pets allowed upon owner discretion. No smoking (tobacco, vape, marijuana) allowed. Yard and parking is shared with upper unit tenants. Utilities are included in the base rent fee, however, tenant will be responsible for electricity fees that are above the average use for this location. Please be aware there are tenants living above, so common living courtesy is requested.
