We bought this property over a year ago, which we are in the process to bring back more of the vintage charm, updated touches as well as more "curb appeal" which is needed for these old cottages. The natural surroundings, views of the river, hills and trees are spectacular to explore. The newly carpeted bedrooms have views overlooking the Russian River with plenty of sunlight. The living and dining areas are separated with a natural wooden counter bar to the kitchen, with hardwood floor throughout this area. The kitchen has an extra deep bar sink, tall faucet with pullout, a small dishwasher, side by side stainless refrigerator and gas stove/oven. All appliances are stainless. Although the kitchen is small, the charm, it is practical. The bathroom has been recently upgraded and has a shower/tub. The downstairs laundry room has a separate entrance and is shared with other cottages. The owner uses the storage under the house for their personal business about a few hours a week, but should not be intrusive to the tenant's enjoyment of the home and yard.
