this two-bedroom top the house street level , is in Seahurst really quite little town makes it feel quaint many things just a block away store coffee shop post office restaurant Hair stylist post office if you go the other way on the Block at the end of The Block is the Indian Trail which takes you down to the Puget Sound if you go one more block and go left two blocks you see the Eagles Landing Park which I hear has steps down to the water also thought a half mile maybe a whole mile away is Seahurst Park full-size Park kids play area parking and a mile of Beach you can reserve areas for picnics with the amenities of Burien just one mile away and Seattle less than 10 to the Mariners Stadium lots of possibilities here if you travel with business I have ran a business out of this house for many years now retired and it is great for reverse traffic this is a great place to be not just First Avenue but other Avenues to Seattle and Tacoma the kitchen was remodeled last I believe October with brand new countertops in glass backsplash and a pass through window into the living room sorry I did not get to refacing the cabinets and then this week I just got a brand new range and French door refrigerator it has already a microwave with half the living room carpeted I have created a dining room area and have surrounded the carpet with luxury vinyl planks looks like hardwood floor while you may see a fireplace I am sorry no burning but I have left a detail that gives you the look of a fireplace but no Flame sorry the bathroom however is been remodeled for handicap accessibility meaning the entire floor is waterproof even under the stackable washer and dryer not the large one 24 inch one but still works well the shower needs no curtain but you may put one up and has no lip to the shower if you are handicapped at the front entry all is handicapped and ramped nothing more than a 1 inch probably 1/2 inch lip handicap counter in the kitchen but not the sink any further description please call me at the moment I also have the Mother-in-law that is attached to the same house half of downstairs it is up for rent I think you can look up my name or phone number certainly by address it should say number two if you are in need of a three-bedroom this has worked out well before.
