Private Garden Cottage - Our newly remodeled guest house cottage, located on our property, is set in a private, established, picturesque garden in East Los Gatos. Our property is within a 4.5-mile drive to downtown Los Gatos. It is situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood between vineries and charming homes. We are within an average of 20 miles driving distance of Levi's Stadium, Avaya Stadium and the SAP Center. We are in a quiet and established neighborhood with easy access to parks, public tennis courts, and walking trails. The local Farmers' Markets are close-by (Saturday and Wednesday in Saratoga and Sunday in Campbell and Los Gatos). We are approximately 25 minutes from San Jose International Airport and 53 minutes from San Francisco International Airport. Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, and San Francisco are all within easy driving distances for day trips. The cottage has a nice layout with a small bedroom. The cottage is a separate structure with its own private entrance. There are floor to ceiling glass doors at the front of the cottage leading to a beautiful patio area for relaxing in our beautiful California weather and for dining. The cottage houses a Living Room, Dining and Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and an Office. There is one sofa in the living room that is a pull-out double bed. There is a coffee table a TV and an Apple TV. There is a Modern Dining Table with seating for four. There is also a nice office with shelf space and a work desk. The cottage has its own WiFi. The kitchen offers a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, gas oven, gas stove and a dishwasher. The kitchen cupboards hold linens, dishes, bowls, mugs, and glasses; a full set of cutlery with many kitchen gadgets in a drawer as well as a kettle. Heating is electricity. The bedroom has a queen bed, one night table, a table lamp and two large closets. A dedicated washer and dryer unit is available as well. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Parking on property.
