This is one of my favorite streets in all of Wakeman. The parades go down the street, while friends and neighbors sit and mingle and then it turns around and comes back up the street. Great fun for the kids. This is a totally updated home that shows well. 2024 updates include new flooring, painting, AC and a lifetime transferrable warranty for basement waterproofing. A new roof, hot water tank and gas furnace between 2019 and 2021. Newer vinyl tilt windows round out the many upgrades. A barn is in the backyard for your yard equipment and outdoor toys. The backyard is large and deep and full of possibilities. Within minutes walking to the Metro Parks and Schoepfle Gardens. This is a great house and will not last long.
