In March 2013, we took this collection of apartments on the corner of Ross & Thach. We have been bringing new tenants to fill these units as we have been making improvements to the properties and the neighborhood. PROPERTY DETAILS The units at Park Hill (formerly Ross Square) have a mix of single units, duplexes, 4-plexes, etc., but there is also a lot of green space around them for relaxing or for pets get some fresh air. These units were built in the 1940's, and most have window AC units. These units do not have washers & dryers, but there is a laundry facility on site with multiple washers & dryers. Park Hill is located close enough to walk to campus, but not in an area where your neighbors are just jammed in on top of each other. POLICIES We screen hard, and expect our tenants to be interested in academics first and being a good neighbor second. We don't rent to freshmen, and are really selective on our sophomores. That usually means we have a lot of Juniors, Seniors, and Grad students, plus some professionals just working in the area. If you hate having someone live above you, want some space for a grill and a pet, but you still want to walk to class, you should check out Park Hill before you make your final choice.
