The owners live in the front unit so you will always have someone around should you need us. In one of the city's most attractive neighborhoods, the Corn Hill Historic District. Close to major hospitals and universities such as Strong and U of R. Corn Hill Landing, filled with cafes, bars and restaurants, along with downtown just a few blocks away as well as the Genesee River Park. The lease will include water and gas (heating), renter will be responsible for electricity and internet.
