Visitors who stay overnight in the home are also not allowed to bring any pets of kind. Bathroom & Kitchen Waste: Only natural waste should be flushed. Food scraps must not go down the kitchen sink drain. No Farming Activities: Gardening, planting, or keeping farming animals are not allowed. No Structural or Landscaping Modifications: Alterations to the home or exterior are prohibited. No planting gardens, trees, or new vegetation. No Firearm Practice or Shooting Ranges: Strictly prohibited on the property. No Subleasing: Tenants are not permitted to sublease or rent out any part of the property under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: -Bedrooms or living spaces -Garage or storage areas -Yard or outdoor spaces -Parking spaces -Common areas within the property Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of contract and may result in penalties or termination of the lease agreement. Occupancy Limits: Only tenants listed on the lease may reside on the property. Overnight guests are allowed for up to 7 days, with written approval required for extended stays. Parking Policy: Only tenants listed on the lease may park on the property. Visitor parking is limited to the driveway during visits. Violations result in a $50 penalty per incident and may lead to lease termination. Noise Restrictions Tenants must comply with local noise ordinances, which prohibit excessively loud music, disruptive activities, or public disturbances. Repeated violations will be considered a breach of contract and grounds for lease termination. Emergency Repairs Tenants must immediately contact the landlord in the event of an emergency repair, such as a burst pipe, electrical failure, AC problems or fire hazard. No Unauthorized Business Use or Storage The property may not be used for business operations or the storage of business-related items. Garage spaces cannot be subleased or rented for storage or commercial purposes.
