The sunrises and sunsets are amazing and the iconic Nubble Lighthouse is just 1 mile away. The rental agreement is for a term of 30 days, with the option to renew, at the discretion of the property owner. The condo is a seasonal rental only and becomes a vacation rental on May 1, 2023, at the rental rate of $2800 per week. All utilities and heat are included in the rent.
