All gas (heat), electric, and water is paid by the owner who lives upstairs. Semi-open galley kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove with an oven. There is no laundry on site, there is a laundromat .3 mi away. Street parking is relatively easy with small streets nearby, but the private driveway is available for use during snow emergencies.
