In our "micro-community," there is a studio, a 1-bedroom, and this ad is for the 2-bedroom: It is a fully furnished apartment with its own entrance right by the hot tub. The Living room has a big screen TV with a media library, a wet bar, and comfy couches (one fold-out queen bed for guests). The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The huge master bedroom has a beautiful lake view, king bed, private bath, sitting area, and walk-in dressing room with a laundry (washer/dryer). The guest room also has a lake view, with a queen bed and big closets. The multi-purpose sunroom doubles as a game room and dining area or for offices, though the bedrooms are big enough to have desks if you want them. There is off-street parking with a shared garage to store your toys, and if you want a private garage there is an extra fee. Incredible location and views! You pay 45% of utilities (we share with the 1-bed and studio apartments), so far cheaper than paying for them individually. We share high-speed internet, snow removal, etc. Renting only to a maximum of two people, not any more than two, so please do not apply if more than 2. No one under 30. No pets.
