Also in the upstairs bath is washer / dryer. All three bedrooms are upstairs, one bedroom is huge, other two medium size all with closets. Rent is $1400 a month plus utilities, I pay water / sewer, take care of the trash, yard and snow. NO Smoking of any kind inside premises, Pets on case by case basis. In addition to the security deposit there will be a $400 cleaning fee, which gets returned when the property is turned back over in the same condition
