The cozy bedroom comes fully furnished with a fairly new twin-size bed frame, a nightstand, and a television. Pictures are shown, for reference. Rent would be $750.00 with all utilities included.
The basement room is a newly fully renovated room with windows, lighting, and two clothing racks for $1,000.00 all inclusive/month. This room is a good size that allows for a full-size bed, a desk and desk chair, an additional chair, and a television. You would have your own bathroom.
The house holds a total of 3 people (2 rooms upstairs, 1 room in the basement, full bath on each floor, one open kitchen and living room). The kitchen and living room are on the main level and would be a shared common space. Only singles (no couples), and no pets please!
