There is a community pool that opens during the warm months. Plus a community room that can be reserved for private functions. A recent comment felt the HOA dues are high. The increase was about 10%. There has never been a cross the board special assessment because the board has been diligent about increasing dues annually so the income attempts to match expected expenses.
