The fully furnished kitchen has all new appliances, counters, dishware, silverware, utensils, storage containers, a Ninja blender, toaster, and a microwave. Both Brew and Pod coffee makers and there are TVs in each room. 2 enclosed lanais where you can enjoy dinner and the beautiful sunsets. The home has Hurricane windows, Filtered Soft Water, a new roof, and an attached single-car garage. Initial paper towels, coffee supplies, toiletries, cleaning supplies, dishwasher, and laundry soap are provided. Additional bedding, quilts, towels, and washcloths are provided. 30-day minimum stay.
