We are a loving, new family who are seeking the right person or people to call our property "home." We have a private and lovely garage home that has the quiet and calm feel of Mount Dora and is within a mile and a half of downtown. Enjoy the short walk or bike to Sylvan Shores park with breathtaking scenery of lake Gertrude and always a friendly hello from locals. The home is studio loft style with a full kitchen with eat-in bar top, a small seating/living area, an updated bathroom, and laundry room downstairs (W/D hookups available). There's a large sliding glass door that lets in beautiful lighting that leads out to a large airy screened patio. The upstairs is a large bright open area with 2 huge walk-in closets. The space can easily be separated to create a bedroom, if wanted. There's a balcony off of the upstairs that leads out to the patio, also. Your outside space includes this patio and a private fenced in back yard, adorned with the beautiful foliage that Florida has to offer. We welcome tenants with most animals, please just run it by us. We do have 3 pups ourselves, so you would need to be comfortable with being around pups. They stay in their yard, but it is a shared fence line so you may hear pup sounds sometimes.
