My home is my sanctuary. I have planted many perennials, and thoroughly enjoy creativity. Maintenance is superb. Driveway plowed, sidewalks shoveled, spring clean up, fall clean up, and super attentive. Folks here range from young 20's to downsizing 60's. I never hear my neighbors from inside my home. Folks are friendly if you are friendly and others just keep to themselves. My bedroom is exceptionally large [guessing 17 x 20] with 2 super large double bi-fold door closets. I have everything I need and want. Living in the heart of such a thriving community of Rochester and Rochester Hills. A short walk to dinner on the town or a easy ride to the Paint Creek Cider Mill. Tons of plants that are native to Michigan thrive here. No one is obnoxious, folks are respectable. Additionally there is a pond next to the community club house with great fishing and we always turn it in to an outdoor hockey rink in January, the fun is enjoyed by many. I can't imagine living anywhere else for this price. Truly a hidden gem, once you get a taste for it, you will never want to leave.
