Naples Reserve is a friendly community with outstanding amenities. There is a gym, with workout room and classes, pickleball, bocce ball, tennis, bike paths, and a resort, swimming pool with swimming lanes. Owner pays for water and Wi-Fi. Pets are permitted. The HOA needs 30 days advance notice before moving in. This is a non-smoking home. All outside lawn care is taking care of by the community and not tenants responsibility. Off-season or annual rates are $3000 a month. January, February, March, and April are considered seasonal, and therefore have a higher monthly rent. We will accept five month to an annual rental.
