Tenants with pets must ensure that their animals do not create excessive noise or disturbances. Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the Property, including both indoor and outdoor areas. This includes the front yard, backyard, and any other outdoor spaces associated with the Property. 9. Right of Entry: The Landlord may enter the Property with at least 24 hours' notice to the Tenant, or immediately in case of emergency, to inspect, repair, or show the Property to prospective tenants or buyers. 10. Subletting: The Tenant may not sublet the Property or assign this lease without the prior written consent of the Landlord. 11. Termination: The Tenant must provide a written notice of intent to vacate at least 30 days prior to the end of the Lease Term. Early termination of the lease may result in forfeiture of the security deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Landlord. 12.
