    All utilities are paid with this $1150 monthly rent. I want a renter as a helping hand to live on this beautiful little farm, in your own private apartment, separate from my little cabin. I will supply all utilities (electric, gas, spring water) in exchange for feeding my sweet chicken flock, making sure they have water, and feeding my sweet beautiful horses 2 times a day and keeping their feeder with hay in the cold months, they drink from the creek and also have a water trough in their stable area that is easily filled as with the chickens water supply is easily filled. All feedings would be needed when I am out of town, not while I am here on the farm. To be self sufficient with caring and keeping clean your own space and keeping your walkway trimmed (weed whacking). Keeping a protective eye on the place is a must and if you are a handy man, to help with the very light repairs that might come up. We can come to a written agreement of what is fair and your private life and privacy will be very much respected. I do all the work on this farm but am ready to ask for some help at times. I understand paying you for certain repairs that are more than an average small item that arises! I want a non-smoking, clean and quiet individual who desires a quiet country lifestyle. This is a working farm, I sell eggs and certain produce from the garden, I have 2 horses, 36 chickens also a dog and 2 cats that live in the cabin with me. The barn apartment is separate and private from the farm activities. Please, you must be a quiet, respectful non-smoking person who loves the peace, quiet and a country lifestyle! This is 3 miles from Dickson's exit off I40 in a lovely neighborhood of bigger acreage properties. I can show this apartment most any day, just e mail me for a time we can coordinate. A low rent of $1150 per month with all utilities paid. I will most definitely need references and an application filled out once we have met and you have also met the animals and have seen the place and decide you like this situation. A barn apartment on a beautiful little farm. no room mates, no parties on premises no unannounced visitors and no visitors or other pets to walk around the farm. 30 day notice of moving out to get refundable portion of deposit parking is off street at a walk through gate to the apartment please leave all gates closed
