There will be a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 and monthly pet rent of $25. Pets must be kept under control and must not disturb neighbors. 7. Occupancy The maximum number of occupants is 8. Subletting or assigning the lease to another party is not allowed. 8. Smoking Smoking is not allowed on the premises. 9.
